Our support packages are custom to your business critical needs, below are some options that include but are not limited to: server support, desktop support, laptop support, web hosting, disaster recovery, monitoring, email hosting and support.
Blocks of Hours
Pre-pay for your IT by purchasing blocks of hours. These can be bought in various blocks. Time will be deducted from all pre-purchased blocks in units of 15 minutes (for remote or on site, no travel time will be charged with this package). Please contact for more information on this service.
Pay as you Go
Call us and we will send out an engineer who will: Diagnose the problem and recommend a solution and with authorization proceed with any repairs needed, test repairs and make sure the system is completely operational. No monthly agreements just a quality service for a competitive hourly rate.
